In October 2022, I launched my Cork-based Health and Safety training company with a focus on providing comprehensive, compliant safety training programs tailored to a variety of industries. Specialising in critical areas such as Manual Handling, Fire Safety, Working at Heights, Patient Moving, Abrasive Wheels, First Aid, and Ladder Safety, my training programs are crafted to impart practical skills and
in-depth knowledge, significantly enhancing workplace safety, reducing accidents, near misses and ensuring a secure and safe work environment.
As a QQI Certified Instructor with over 32 years of extensive experience, my background includes service in the Defence Forces, Logistics, Transport Management, Operational Management, as well as roles with local and international Search and Rescue Teams and Industrial Emergency Response Teams, Team Leadership and Training & Development. This diverse experience enables me to deliver training of the highest quality, delivering Military Standards of training and customised Health and Safety Training Programs to meet the specific needs of your industry and business.
